At Bubble Language School, we provide Thai and English language education services, including both group and private classes, and support for Education Visa (ED-Visa) applications.
Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment.
1. General Policy
All payments made to Bubble Language School are considered final once enrollment or class confirmation has been completed.
Because our services involve personalized scheduling, teacher assignments, and visa processing, refunds and cancellations are limited to the conditions described below.
2. Refund Policy
a) Education Visa (ED-Visa) Applications

If your ED-Visa application is not approved by the Ministry of Education (MOE), you are eligible for a refund minus a 5,000 THB administrative fee.

If your application is rejected by a Thai Embassy, Consulate, or Immigration Office, no refund will be provided.

If a student cancels their application after payment or after submission to the MOE, no refund will be provided.

Please note that Bubble Language School is not a visa agency and does not issue visas. We only provide academic documentation and support for the ED-Visa process.
Visa fees and Immigration extension fees are paid directly to the respective authorities and are non-refundable.
b) Course Fees and Class Credits

Once a class or course is confirmed and scheduled, it is non-refundable.

Class hours or credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another student.

In the event of a class cancellation by the school, the class will not be deducted from your remaining hours or course package.

If a student cancels or does not attend a confirmed class, the class will be considered used and counted as completed.
3. Cancellation Policy

Confirmed classes cannot be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the class start time.

Failure to attend (no-show) is treated as a student cancellation and will be charged/deducted from your remaining class balance.

Long-term course cancellations due to relocation, personal reasons, or other non-school-related factors are not eligible for refund.

In the rare case that the school must cancel a program or course entirely, students will be offered an alternative class schedule or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
